Nine B31.8S threats in three time-classes (time-dependent / stable / time-independent).
Assessment method per threat: ILI (MFL/EMAT), Direct Assessment (ECDA/ICDA/SCCDA), or hydrostatic test — adjusted for ILI-capability and pressure cycling.
Reassessment ≤7 yr in HCAs (Subpart O); non-HCA/MCA per §192.710 (≤10 yr typ.).
