PHMSA MAOP Reconfirmation

MAOP Reconfirmation Decision Helper
Screens applicability under 49 CFR 192.624 (PHMSA Mega Rule), lists the six eligible reconfirmation methods, computes the Method-2 and Method-5 reduced MAOP, and counts down the 2028 / 2035 schedule milestones.
⚠ Safety-critical — screening only. This is a decision aid, not a compliance determination or an MAOP setting. Records adequacy (traceable/verifiable/complete), class/HCA/MCA designations, method eligibility, and material verification must be executed under the operator’s PHMSA-approved 192.624 program. Not for safety case submission, regulatory filing, or MAOP reconfirmation of record without SME review.
