Method 2 reduced MAOP = highest actual operating pressure ÷ the greater of 1.25 or the §192.619(a)(2)(ii) class factor; Method 5 (PIR ≤ 150 ft) = ÷ 1.1.
Method 5 lookback: 8 h cumulative sustained over a continuous 30-day period in the 5 yr before 2019-10-01.
