High-pH SCC (B31.8S A3): ALL of stress >60% SMYS, T >38 °C, <32 km downstream of compressor, age >10 yr, coating ≠ FBE.
Near-neutral-pH SCC: stress, distance and age gates plus a disbonded/shielding coating (temperature not a gate).
All gates met → High; one short → Moderate; else Low.
