RVP, Viscosity, Pour Point + API per ASTM D6378 / D7152 / D341
Blend 2–5 crude streams and predict the resulting API gravity, Reid Vapor Pressure, kinematic viscosity, and pour point. Each property follows its own blending index (Chevron VPBI for RVP, Refutas for viscosity, PPBI for pour) — none mix linearly. Use for pipeline-tariff compliance (RVP < 9 psi summer / 14 winter; pour < 30 °F) and dilbit / condensate blending.
