• ASME B31.4: Liquid pipelines - test at 1.25× MAOP for 4 hours minimum
• ASME B31.8: Gas pipelines - test at 1.1-1.5× MAOP based on class location
• Water source: Allow 5-10% extra for fill, test, and purge
